Ms Ranginui’s Kiwi
husband Travis Moore is a retired builder and developer who himself has
extensive knowledge of Cook Islands land tenure and represents major landowners
and tourist accommodation owners both in the Cook Islands and offshore.
Mr Moore has assisted foreign
nationals to establish themselves in the Cook Islands and has extensive
experience in writing applications for obtaining grant money where that is
sometimes available to assist foreign nationals teaming up with Cook Islanders.
Mr Moore can organize architectural
services, building consents including Environmental Impact Assessments, liaison
with commercial banks to obtain development finance and other business
services.
Aloma Ranginui Moorea is assistant
to Ms Ranginui and aspires to be the leading Cook Islands solicitor
