Ngaoa Ranginui, in over 20 years of investigating her own land holdings on six islands, has acquired a good understanding of the land system in the Cook Islands and has made her knowledge and experience available to selected clients over the years.

Ms Ranginui is fluent in spoken and written Cook Islands Maori.

Ms Ranginui’s Kiwi husband Travis Moore is a retired builder and developer who himself has extensive knowledge of Cook Islands land tenure and represents major landowners and tourist accommodation owners both in the Cook Islands and offshore.

Mr Moore has assisted foreign nationals to establish themselves in the Cook Islands and has extensive experience in writing applications for obtaining grant money where that is sometimes available to assist foreign nationals teaming up with Cook Islanders.

Mr Moore can organize architectural services, building consents including Environmental Impact Assessments, liaison with commercial banks to obtain development finance and other business services.
